PAC Rom (Jellybean 4.2.2) for Xperia S

Now this is really one of the best “hybrids” so as to speak out there.PAC ROM gives you not one, not two but the features of three top ROMs in one. Paranoid Android, AOKP and Cyanogenmod features are all packed into this, hence the name PAC and it’s a real treat to use. Based on latest Cyanogenmod 10.1, 4.2.2, XDA Recognized contributor shingers5 has done a wonderful job by making this amazing rom for Xperia S users. It has come quite a long way since its inception and now there are no major bugs and all works smooth, real smooth. How to install PAC Rom on Xperia S

Disclaimer : Do It At Your Own Risk!

Download required files and updates from below :

• PAC ROM (latest 19.3.2)  from here.
• Gapps for 4.2.2 here

1. Copy the downloaded files to the (Root directory of) your sd-card.
2. Reboot your device to Custom Recovery
3. [Optional but, Recommended] Do a Nandroid Backup of your current ROM.
   
4. Now from recovery main menu and select Wipe Data option.
5. Confirm data wipe by selecting Yes.
6. Wipe cache as well.
7. Go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache, also fix permissions.
8. Go to mounts and storage and format /system.
9. Now flash this android JB 4.2.2 based Cyanogenmod 10.1 rom using clockwork mod recovery. Follow these steps :
   • Choose Install Zip From Sd Card option.
   • Select Choose Zip From SD Card option.
   • Now select the rom downloaded earlier.
   • Confirm the installation and wait till the rom is installed on you handset.
10. Flash the Gapps in CWM recovery.
    • Choose Install Zip From Sd Card option.
    • And select the gapps downloaded earlier.
11. Now wipe data again (just as a precaution)
12. Reboot and enjoy!
